Technologies & Materials

Moral’s 3D printing center is among the largest and most advanced in Israel, with dozens of 3D printers and over two decades of accumulated engineering expertise. This combination allows us to match the exact technology and material to every project – from a single prototype to a production run, with high precision and short delivery times.
We are ISO 9001 certified, ensuring quality, consistency, and rigorous control throughout the entire production process. At Moral Technologies, printing is part of a broader development and production system that integrates engineering design, modeling, secondary machining, and professional finishing- all under one roof.

The most common, fastest, and most cost-effective method: the material is melted and built up layer by layer until the part is formed. It works with a wide range of materials, from basic plastics to heat- and load-resistant compounds. Ideal for prototypes, large models, and quick proof-of-concept testing.
SLA technology uses light to cure liquid resin, delivering exceptional resolution and precision. The result is extremely fine detail, smooth surfaces, and a high-quality finish with minimal visible layer lines. An ideal choice for display models, optical components, visual prototypes, and parts where appearance and surface quality are critical.
SLS technology uses a laser beam to fuse polymer powder layer by layer, creating exceptionally strong and durable parts. A key advantage: the process requires no support structures, making it possible to produce complex geometries, internal cavities, and moving mechanisms in a single print. Suitable for functional components, operational parts, and small production runs.
